MCA ACADEMY
ONE ACADEMY.
THREE STAGES.
MCA tests and benchmarks each player, recommends placement and shows progression through regular review.
How Placement WorksTHE ACADEMY SYSTEM
Assessed placement. Evidence-led progression.
MCA Academy is one pathway with Foundation, Intermediate and Elite stages. MCA uses assessment to recommend a starting stage and reviews development over time. The final stage-placement rubric is still being confirmed; stage names do not indicate representative selection or guarantee progression or other outcomes.
PROGRESSION STAGES
Foundation. Intermediate. Elite.
Three stages within one Academy. Movement between stages is guided by assessment and review, not automatic.
Foundation
Make the fundamentals repeatable and build purposeful training habits.
Intermediate
Read the game, make the decision and execute the skill under greater pressure.
Elite
Prepare for higher standards through demanding scenarios, precise role work and sharper feedback.
HOW IT WORKS
Start with an honest benchmark.
MCA assesses the player and recommends the stage that provides the right level of challenge.
